3D Floor Plan - Includes a colored/staged interior
2D Schematic - Includes a black and white schematic of the interior with dimensions of each room, color @ additional cost.
2D Site Plan - Includes a colored 2D site plan of the home and the property’s outline

Dollhouse View

This option is included with the 3D virtual tour and brings you to a birds-eye view, allowing the 3D model to rotate in all directions that will show all levels of a structure. This view can also be used as a direct approach to target a specific area of the property to navigate in detail, just by tapping on the area within the rendering.

Measurement Mode

Measure any aspect of a space, whether it’s the height of a door way or the dimensions of a room. This tool is included in the 3D virtual tour.

Matter Tags

Small blue tags can be placed to showcase important features of any space. This allows viewers to select and see item descriptions, or material and brands used. **This is an add on service.
